Dopapod is a five piece American rock band known for its immersive live shows, improvisation and experimentation that seamlessly melts elements of funk, progressive rock, blues, jazz, electronica, metal, bluegrass and reggae. Formed in Boston at Berklee College of Music in 2007, Dopapod is Eli Winderman (keys and vocals), Rob Compa (guitar and vocals), Chuck Jones (bass), Neal ‘Fro’ Evans (drums), & Luke Stratton (light & sound design).
Dopapod has played nearly 150 shows a year all over North America throughout the past seven years including appearances at major festivals such as Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, Summer Camp, High Sierra, Peach Fest, Mountain Jam and Burning Man while also headlining many mid-size regional festivals. The boys have decided to take a planned hiatus in 2018 to write new music and enjoy more time with family and friends.
